Give a little credit where credit is due
If you post a photo you found on the internet, say where you found it and who took that photograph. I’ve be personally upset by this and now many of my friends have as well. A lot of them are photographers who invest a lot of time and money on their craft.
If their work goes viral (which is great!) it should at least point back in the right direction.
While Tumblr is great - this is one thing I feel that reblogging makes too easy to do and why I use my Tumblr just for reblogging and sharing and not for posting my own content. I know it still happens on other platforms but it is easier for people to link back to a page that keep up with the ‘reblogging’ details that can appear when something is reblogged a hundred times.
